He managed fixed income at Samsung Life and Samsung Asset Management, and later served as fixed-income CIO at ING Investment Management Korea, head of investment strategy at the Government Employees Pension Service, and CIO at MG Korean Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives. His experience spans asset allocation, M&A, real estate and infrastructure. CFA; doctorate in finance.
